Our small and dedicated customer service team is currently experiencing a much higher volume of inquiries than usual. HOLIDAY POLICY:
We are extending our return window during the holidays. Qualifying purchases made online between Dec 1 - Dec 31 may be returned or exchanged until Jan 31. Please see additional information on our return policy below.

Gyles & George will accept returns on any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with all tags still intact within 14 days of delivery. Gyles & George does not accept any returns of items marked Final Sale, vintage items, or items purchased at a discount. Returned merchandise without tags intact or received 14+ days after the original delivery date will not be accepted. Shipping and handling is not refundable. UK and international returns will be subject to a flat fee of $20 or a similar equivalent in global currencies. This amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
