How does COVID-19 affect my order?
As a small business, we are extremely grateful for your support during this time. Due to COVID delays, shipping may take longer than usual. Please allow an additional 7-10 days for your order to ship. You will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, Paypal, Amazon Payments as well as many preferred international payment options.

Is my payment secure?
Protecting your sensitive payment data is important to Gyles & George, and we have taken several steps to ensure all of your data is secure.

Is sales tax added to my order?
All orders to the United States, including territories are subject to local sales tax.

How do I know which size to choose?
We include size guides on many of the product pages of our website. All sizes are based on US sizing. For additional sizing information, please contact us at customerservice@gylesandgeorge.com.

Which products are excluded from discounts?
All books and gift card products are excluded from discounts.

An item I like is out of stock. When will you receive more inventory?
You may sign up to the waiting list directly on the product page. For more information, please contact us at customerservice@gylesandgeorge.com.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not offer gift wrapping at this time.

Shipping:

How long will shipping take?
Standard Shipping: 7-10 Business Days

2-Day and Overnight Shipping: Orders placed before 1pm EST will begin processing the same day, orders placed after 1pm EST will begin processing on the next business day. Please note, orders placed after 1pm EST on Friday will be processed starting Monday.

How can I track my order?
Simply log in to your account and track the status of your order here.

How can I change or cancel my order?
We can make any changes or cancellations to your order up to one (1) hour after you complete your purchase. Please e-mail customerservice@gylesandgeorge.com if you need to make any modifications. Unfortunately, after (1) hour no modifications can be made. If your existing order is in-transit, we will happily re-route your package to a new address for an additional fee of $40 or a similar equivalent in global currencies.
